We have built an MIS system for Aga Khan Rural Support Programme in South Gujarat. The MIS system is integrated with our mobile data collection tool, mForm that enables the staff to collect data on the go in their mobile phones. The mobile phones work offline as well and collect data even in areas where there is no network.
The data collected via the mobile app is seamlessly transferred to a dashboard, once the mobile is connected to internet. The AKRSP staff can then view real-time data and analytic via a simple and yet intuitive dashboard.
The dashboard is also able to generate all types of standardized reports, MPR, QPR etc. A user can select any household, village, block, cluster or district and a time frame and with a single click of a button a report is easily generated.
The MIS system is successfully enabling AKRSP to monitor the progress of their work across 150 tribal villages in south gujarat. The system is currently able to manage more than 49,000 unique households. The dashboard is even accessible to the funding agencies.
